Can anyone identify this Omega - from 1930s or 1940s

Can anyone identify the Omega watch? It was my grandfather's, is in working order and has not been serviced in decades, if ever. Judging on my late grandfather's age it probably dates from the 1930s or 1940s and was probably purchased in South Africa. I suspect the movement is a 30T2 and I'm quite sure the bracelet is not original. I doubt it is valuable and therefore not worth having the dial refurbished (needs to be sent to Switzerland which will take 3 months at least).

I would appreciate anyone's assistance.
