Citizen Eco-Drive Skyhawk - Wrist-strip / Service

Good day Citizen team,


I am an owner now of 3 Citizen watches, the latest is Citizen Eco-Drive Skyhawk and I love it....My problem is, that in Slovakia I got in trouble with a simple task.. I needed to have a shorter wrist strip but a "Citizen official reseller" in SLovakia in Poprad refused to do it...The question of the personnel was, did you buy it here? by no, they send me away...I also wanted to have a longer wrist strip for my fathers Eco-Drive, I bought him for XMass and in the authorized service in Bratislava...He has been told, there is a special pin in there, and they are NOT ABLE to exchange it for a titanium one, that is longer....

I am frustrated, because anytime there is anything I need from the service in Slovakia I always get a negative answer or they say they can not fix it...
Is there any possibility, that you influence this problem? Please let me know, as I wanna to buy now a diver watch for this summer, but if something happenes I am screwed over here...
