constellation just stopped ticking

I have an Omega constellation, calibre 751 23 jewel. I sold it to a guy on ebay who sent it back saying it was not working. When I sent it out it was working perfectly and the mechanism looks immaculate. It will not run now, when i turn the rotor arm I can see it making the cog rotate but nothing else happens. Also the crown no longer adjust the hands in clockwise manner, only counter clockwise. Does this all sound serious and if so is it costly? If it costs too much how much is its value in its current non working state. many thanks.
