Customer care poor?

I have a Tag Heuer watch. 2-3 year after i'm paid for it price, my watch start to give problem in chronograph (date functional). Then i take it to closest Tag heuer shop in Indonesia (Surabay City). I'm paid for Rp 1,2 million to fixed it. After ONE MONTH OVER i get it back and still, nothings happen. I mean, it still have same problem. 1 week after that, i gave it back to shop for fixed it for free (still guarantee) but, again it takes more than TWO MONTHS OVER. After that, yes everything find. But they gave me just with cheap plastic wrapper (same things for sauce, are you sure?? for TAG HEUER?) and other things that make me more disappointing is my mini fabric bags and connector from my Tag heuer wrist is gone. Note: i gave it all (my watch, the mini fabric bag, 2 piece from my watch's wrist) to them, because I am very cautious with my expensive watch and the result the customer care take a looooong time, and poor customer care. Now, i curious with response of TAG HEUER Company? what is the benefit from buying watches/products of your company? if the customer care is poor?
