The product was delivered with a very sub-standard watch band of metal with black vinyl inserts at every other link.
As expected , the vinyl ultimately stetches and parts company with the band ....and replacement inserts are not available without purchase of the companion metal links . Thus far , this ridiculous design has cost me $37 for the absent vinyl inserts....and THEY fell out as well.
In desperation I decided to simply replace the existing band with a Skyhawk all metal band -- Don't even think about it.
Bearing the serial number noted , this watch has NO metal replacement that will adapt to the case. This is per Citizen Watch of Torrance , California.
So - in short - I wouldn't recommend the product unless you have great patience relative to being obviously cheated out of the quality they claim to represent (for the money) ...and overall backing is absolutely nill.
I'll never own another at any price .
