Gold Watches - A Wise Choice
Gold is the ultimate canvas for displaying the quality and workmanship of a fine timepiece. Solid gold watches cost three to five times the price of their stainless steel counterparts. But, if you are looking for a watch that will make a bold statement for a long time to come, there is no better way to achieve that than to strap on a solid gold watch. Not "gold-tone", gold-filled or gold-plated - solid gold.
The material chosen most often by watch designers for luxury timepieces and limited edition mechanical watches is 18 carat solid yellow gold. Cartier, Chopard, Vacheron Constantin, Omega and many of the luxury Swiss watch manufacturers offer solid gold watches in many of the models they produce.
