Help me find out what type my Tag watch is... Please

I have had my Tag Heuer watch for 15 years, and it never failed me! It's the most amazing watch ever.

My question is, could anyone help me to find what kind of watch it is. the numbers at the back are: WE1412-R-2 AND 086555.
