How do i set the day of the week on my watch

I bought a watch at a flea market it is pretty nice its a seiko 17 jewel automatic the model number is 6106-7047 and was wondering if it is worth more then 4 dollars also How do i set the day of the week i figured out how to set the date on it but would really like to set the day is there anyone out there who knows your knowledge about it would be greatly apreciated thanks

To set the day simply pull out on wind up knob and turn continuosly until day and time is reached. To Set the date simply push in on the wind up knob until desired date is reached.
