How to take links out of citizen watch band

I need to know how to take the links out of a citizens watch band. This band has arrows on the inside of the watch band on one side and a small oval shaped hole on the opposite side with a round raised place on the inside of this hole.

i had the same problem... there are heaps of places where you can get the tool but if you cant get one ive been told you can use a #0000 phillips... i doubt that one but anyway.... i found this site
