Identify my gold Omega

9K yellow gold Omega circa 1985
I would appreciate any help you could offer in identifying the model name and number of my Omega watch. I have tried the Omega web site and they were of no assistance. I bought the watch in London in 1985. According to my jeweler, the case number is 191741BZ and the movement number is 47493071. The index number is 1377 and the case is solid 9K yellow gold. Please see the attached photo.
