info on Omega Seamaster Cosmic automatic

Many years ago my Father gave me the watch. It's gold plated with link metal wrist band stamped with 523 On the back are the number: unclear 1st # but it looks to be a 1 then followed by 66026 Tool 107 and Waterprooof. It has a cyclops day window. I'd like te get as much info about it such as date, features, operating instructions, etc. I hadn't worn for many years and now want to wear it.
