Invicta Pro Diver Automatic

First let me start by saying I like the watch. Good size, feels great on, People always ask to look and I believe they think it’s a Rolex until they get close.
But if it breaks, that’s’ where Invicta let themselves down. They have an automated service form on line but it asks for details I don’t have. The watch was a gift so no receipt or shop where it was purchased. They ask for numbers off the back that aren’t their (the back is actually clear). So the online form won’t advance without these details.
I tried e-mailing them, they are great at sending out promotional flyers for new product but I have yet to receive an answer to any of the 4 e-mails sent.
I just called again today for the second time and an incredibly board receptionist put me through to the service department to leave another voice mail which I expect like the others will go unanswered.
Like I said, great watch, just don’t break it.

better to replace it

I had an Invicta Pro diver that was given to me as a gift. It ran great and I even wore it diving 10-15 times over the past 4 years. Recently, it has been stopping during the night and I brought it in to have it serviced. I was told a cleaning would be $89 and had to be sent off for a few weeks. The clerk offered to sell me a new one (same model) for $84. As I like the watch, this seemed like a no brainer. I look at the Invicta as a disposable watch!
