Link pins falling out on ceramic swiss legend watch

Took my Swiss Legend women's Ceramic watch to my local jeweler to have links removed. He did just that, I was happy until I got home and the pin was half way out. Took it back, fixed it again - same link pin - said wear it for a few days and see what happens. All appeared okay, however today we were on the motorcycle and boom - it was in my jacket sleeve - thank god!

Could the pin have been damaged, or is this a common problem with ceramic watches - this type of pin. This was not a cheap watch by any means.

I do not have a ceramic Swiss Legend (mine is stainless steel) and is a $300 watch but I also have had a problem with pins falling out. I lost a pin but luckily I needed to resize the bracelet anyway so no harm done. However I have since had a few pins loosen almost to the point of falling out. I tightened them (they are the screw in type) and I shall see how it goes. The watch is only a week old.
