LOOKING FOR BATTERY TO REINSTALL BACKLIGHT FEATURE AT NIGHT

I bought a Timex watch which lights up in the dark, a feature which I find very useful. However, although I recently changed the main battery, there is unfortunately no light available in the dark. Do I need a special battery for that feature and where do I get such a batttery? Thanks for reply.
