Looking for women's triangle face watch

My favorite watch broke a couple years ago and I'm trying to replace it. It was a silver or stainless steel band with a black triangle face. I believe it was a Seiko. It was given to me in the early 1990s. If any one could tell me what the model number was or where I could get a new one I would really appreciate it. I have sketched it for your reference.
