question about the Breitling A68062 - B-1 Professional Chronograph

Can someone please tell me how to stop my Breitling A68062 - B-1 Professional Chronograph from blinking?
I believe that it may be some type of battery saving mode but, I don't have the manual.

That brings me to a second question. Can someone tell me how to find the manual on line for the Breitling A68062 - B-1 Professional Chronograph?
