The worst piece of crap watch I've ever owned. After about one year the second hand fell off...had it fixed for about $30....three months later the hour hand fell off anD the mechanism jammed up so it wouldn't keep time....I was so mad that I threw it in the garbage can.....NEVER BUY AN INVICTA WATCH!!!

Invicta vs Vostok Europe

I purchased my first Invicta Mens Watch Automatic Pro Diver Two Tone, silver and gold with a blue bezel and it either had a blue or white dial, I can't remember. I purchased the watch in either 2000 or 2001. I had it for about a year and the second hand fell off and then the automatic function stopped working. I was very frustrated because back then I think I spent between $250 to $300. I also noticed that the bracelet clasp was cheaply made as well as the bracelet itself was cheaply made and the gold color started to fade. Believe it or not I ended up throwing the watch in the trash. Three or four years later I purchased a Vostok Europe watch. It too is an automatic with a rectangular case, rose gold and white dial. Very heavy watch and bracelet. I have had this watch for 5 - 6 years and I have never had one problem with it. There are times I leave it in my jewelry box and I don't wear it for 6 months, I take it out, shake it a bit and the automatic starts working perfectly. What an awesome watch 5 stars!!! I would like to purchase another Invicta watch, around 52mm case size but I am a little scared. Can someone reasure me that the Invicta watches that are being made currently are a lot better then they were 10 years ago.
