Review of Omega Watches

Hello i am a child in only the sixs grade. My cub scout teacher gave me an omega watch when i graduated. I gave it to my sciece teacher to examine and he found it was worth $2000 to $4000 dollars. This watch was made in 1882 in switzerland and has 17 jewlels inside. Can anyone identify it or tell me how it originally looked?
