Invicta Men's Chronograph 2875

I purchased a model 2875 using Overstock.com approximately two months ago. I was very satisfied with the looks of the watch and actually was asked by two fellow employees what it was and where I got it.

After only one month I noticed the time was off by 30 minutes and I attempted to correct it however the minute hand would not move. After several attempts to get it to work the stem came off. This was the first time I bought a watch that wasn't either a Timex or a Casio.

I sent an email about it to an address I got off the Invicta website and never heard a word. I decided to try this and should I hear nothing again I will have to be satisfied with my $24 watches from now on.

It just isn't worth it to me to spend the money for something that won't last more than a month. My Timex has kept time for over two years.

I recently have been looking for a new watch for myself and came across the Invicta range. After looking through their range, I must say I like their stylish design and was almost about to buy one then I came across this site. After reviewing many comments I'm now quite convinced of the seemingless unprofessional service that this Co allegedly offers to its clients regarding repairs and also of the poor quality of build that is consistant to these watches. The comments found on this website regarding Invicta watches are not consistant with other watch manufacturers, and all I can say is that I glad I came across this website now and saved my $. Like anything - you get what you pay for dont you.

The problem is that you guys did not read your manual. It states not to set your watch between the hours of 10PM ans 6AM or you will damage your watch. That is the consequence of not reading the manual. This watch is for literate people, literally. So, if you have your warranty, you can send it to Invicta with a $28 payment for shipping. They will fix it, and return to you.

I have 3 Invicta watches and never lost a minute of time let alone had something break off the watch no. 3621 swiss movmt and a 10 yr. battery for alittle over a hundred dollars looks new over 2 yrs old already get nothing but praises from friends

The same happened to me

Hey Paul!

The same happened to me. The time doesn´t work properly... it is off for 30 minutes and more each passing day.

Tomorrow I going to contact them..... The bad thing is that I live out of the US.

What did you do finally? Did you solve your problem? How?

Yes. It was new and had the papers. With a one year warranty I can't understand why someone from Invicta hasn't responded. Do you have any suggestions?

I am sorry to hear that this has happened to you. I bought the Invicta 8926 on Amazon last summer and have loved it.

Was your watch new and did it come with the papers? Invicta offers a one year warranty - and now extend that warranty for an additional four years in the Invicta store on Amazon. I am surprised that you are not getting a response from them. I hope that you get this resolved. Please keep us posted. Take care.
