Scratched up bracelet - Skyhawk Black Eagle JR3155-54E

Watch is great minus the fact that after just one day of wear the black bracelet looks all worn and scratched. I cant believe that a watch like this designed for active people would lose it's finish so quickly - a huge disappointment ...I just wonder if anybody else has had this problem.
