CRAP CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bought two watches from them. The "Cartier" had a bracelet that wouldn't fasten. The "Hublot" had a rubber strap which split, and a fastener which wore through to expose a cheap copper base. Requests for a replacement strap were completely ignored. Steer clear - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Not Bad For The Money

Ordered a Patek Philippe.

Shipping time took longer then I
thought it should but watch looks and
runs great. Company initially had my
name and address wrong but got that
straighten out. Trying to communicate
with Exact Watches was a damn pain in
the ass and I would not recommend them
for that very reason.

TRY TO RETURN FAULTY WATCH

I RECEIVED A WATCH WHICH WOULD NOT KEEP TIME
THE MIN. HAND WOULD MOVE BY ITS SELF IF THE WATCH
WAS SHAKEN .I CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY
TOLD ME TO RETURN AT MT EXPENSE WHICH COST ME $32.00 IN SHIPPING.NOW THEY TELL ME THIS IS ONLY FOR REPLACEMENT AND NOT FOR CREDIT. THE WATCH IS A PIECE OF JUNK I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM
THIS CO.
