Trying to verify type of Tag Heuer

I purchased a Tag Heuer watch for my husband in 1993 from Macy's. It now needs service and I'm trying to determine the model/serial numbers for insurance and tracking purposes. The following was on a card in the box: Style No. WF1120.BC0523; Serial No. M09930. However, the numbers on the back of the case are: 699.713 K (under the logo) and E11197. I'm pretty sure it's a 4000 series (white dial, mechanical, stainless bezel, black leather strap) because I've seen one online described as such, just with a stainless bracelet rather than the leather. Help!
